Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This policy applies to the mobile game Space Portals (package id com.whispergames.spaceportals), developed by Whisper Games, an individual developer based in Brazil. For any privacy matter, contact us at contact@whisper-games.com.
2. What we collect from you
The game has no account or login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location, and we do not run our own servers holding players' personal data.
3. Data stored only on your device
To work properly, the following is stored only on your device and is not sent to us:
- scores and high score;
- settings (sound and vibration);
- selected ship, trail and color;
- a purchase status flag (whether you removed ads).
4. Third-party services
The game uses third-party services, which may process data under their own policies.
Google AdMob (ads)
We show banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect and share: the advertising ID (and App Set ID), IP address, device information, app interactions (app launches, taps, video views) and diagnostic information, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.
Where required by law (European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland), we show a consent message (UMP, Google User Messaging Platform) so you can choose how your data is used for ads. On Android you can reset or opt out of the advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
RevenueCat (optional “Remove ads” purchase)
The in-app purchase is processed with the help of RevenueCat, which handles an anonymous app user ID and purchase history and receipt data, in order to validate and restore your purchases. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Google Play
Payments are processed by Google Play. We never see your card data. See the Google Privacy Policy.
5. No sale of data; security
We do not sell personal data. Data exchanged with the services above is transmitted encrypted by their SDKs (HTTPS).
6. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us at contact@whisper-games.com so we can help delete it.
7. Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, art. 18) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request: access, correction, deletion, portability and withdrawal of consent, among other rights.
Because we do not hold personal data on our servers, requests about advertising data should also be sent to Google. For anything else, email contact@whisper-games.com.
8. Retention
Local data stays on your device until the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared. Retention by third parties follows their own policies.
9. How to delete your data
- Uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings: this removes everything stored locally.
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads).
